Approach

Effective therapy starts with genuine respect — for your story, your brain, your pace. There is no universal protocol. There is a therapeutic relationship adapted to you.

Core Principles

01

You are the expert on your life

I don't come with a pre-established plan or a protocol. I come with curiosity and a desire to understand your specific experience. You know best what works for you.

02

Neurodivergence is not a problem to solve

ADHD, autism, PDA — these are not disorders to be 'fixed'. They are different ways of being in the world, with their own strengths and challenges. Therapy supports, it doesn't repair.

03

Your pace matters

There is no artificial urgency. Some sessions are intense, others slower — both are valuable. The therapeutic process doesn't have a fixed schedule.

04

Body and mind are connected

I integrate somatic and polyvagal perspectives — trauma is stored in the body, not just in thoughts. Nervous system regulation is part of the therapeutic process.

How Therapy Works

1

Initial Consultation (free)

A 20-minute session to get to know each other, see if we are a good fit and clarify what brings you to therapy. No pressure, no commitment.

2

Assessment and Goal Setting

First 2-3 sessions: we explore your history, understand the context and set the direction of therapy together. What do you want to change? What do you want to understand better?

3

The Therapeutic Process

Weekly 50-minute sessions. We integrate various modalities adapted to your needs. Progress is not linear — there are moments of insight and periods of consolidation.

4

Review and Adjustment

Every 6-8 weeks, we review progress and adjust the direction if necessary. Therapy adapts to changes in your life.

Integrated Modalities

I don't use a single approach. I integrate multiple modalities depending on each person's needs.
