Frequently Asked Questions

How much do sessions cost?

The standard rate is £70 per 50-minute session for UK clients. A reduced rate of £50 per session is available for clients residing in Romania or Eastern Europe.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes. I offer a free 15–20 minute initial phone or video consultation to explore whether we are a good fit. This is completely non-committal.

How do I pay for sessions?

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or Revolut. Sessions are invoiced in advance.

What is the cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours notice to reschedule and 48 hours notice to cancel, to avoid the full session fee being charged.

How often do we meet?

Most clients meet weekly, especially in the early stages. We can discuss frequency at the initial consultation.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to start therapy?

No. You do not need a formal diagnosis. Many neurodivergent people are self-identified or in the process of seeking assessment. All are welcome.

How long will therapy take?

I work within an open-ended, long-term therapy model. Rather than setting a fixed number of sessions, we build a therapeutic relationship at your own pace — exploring patterns, processing experiences, and developing strategies that genuinely fit your neurology. Some clients come for several months, others for years. There is no pressure to finish by a deadline; we review progress together and you are always free to pause or end when you feel ready.

Are sessions online or in person?

All sessions are conducted online via secure video using Google Meet. This means you can access therapy from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the UK or Romania.

What is neurodivergence-affirming therapy?

Neurodivergence-affirming therapy recognises autism, ADHD, and other neurotypes as natural variations of the human brain — not deficits to be fixed. The focus is on understanding your unique processing style and building strategies that work with your neurology.

What is the waiting time?

Due to high demand, there is typically a waiting list of 2–6 months. I recommend filling out the contact form to be added to the list as soon as possible.
