Who I support

You do not need a diagnosis to begin, and you do not need to know which theme you fall under. The themes below overlap almost every time.

The first step is a free thirty minute conversation. At the end of it I will tell you where it makes sense to start.

I work with adults whose attention and energy do not answer to instructionADHD

The waves that arrive before the thought, rejection sensitivity, simple things that will not start, and the shame gathered in the years when you did not know. We are not here to fix your ADHD, but to understand how it works and what can be built around it.

I work with autistic adults who make a daily effort no one seesAutism

Masking, sensory needs, identity after a late diagnosis. I do not teach techniques for enduring and I do not coach anyone to appear neurotypical. We work towards a life where that effort gets smaller.

I work with people who need routine and suffocate in it, on the same dayAuDHD

Autism and ADHD in the same person, each pulling in a different direction. Strategies that work for one side usually get in the way of the other, so we do not take them in turn: we hold both in view at once.

I work with people who can no longer do things that used to come easilyNeurodivergent Burnout

This is not laziness and not depression, although it resembles both and has usually been called one of them until now. Recovery begins by lowering what is asked of you, not by asking more, and the pace is set by the body, not the calendar.

I work with people who have just found out, at thirty, forty or fiftyLate Diagnosis

Grief for the years you did not know, anger at those who could have noticed, and the slow work of rereading a whole life with the right explanation in hand. I do not rush this part, because it is the work itself.

I work with people who resist demands and expectations, and who have been wrongly called oppositional or lazyPDA Profile

A persistent drive for autonomy: it applies to the things you love as well, therapy included. That is why here direction and pace stay with you, and anything between sessions is a proposal, not a task.

I work with people caught in a loop: a thought that frightens, a ritual that soothes, then the thought againOCD

Checking, washing, repeating in the mind, reassurance asked for again and again. We work with the cycle behind them and with the shame that comes with it. I do not take away the rituals that calm you, only the ones that consume you, and you decide which is which.

A context, not a condition · no diagnosis needed

I also work with people who have come back from a psychedelic experience and do not yet know what to do with what they livedPsychedelic Integration

The things that opened there and will not close again, the meaning that was clear at the time and thins out from one week to the next, the fear of telling someone who was not there. No diagnosis is needed to come here, and I do not treat the experience as something to be repaired. We work so that what you understood then holds in ordinary days too, not only in memory.

I do not offer, recommend or administer substances. I work with what you have already lived, gently and at your pace, within an ethical, research-informed frame.
