The standard rate is £80 per 50-minute session. A reduced rate of £50 per session is available for clients residing in Romania or Eastern Europe. Psychedelic Integration sessions are priced separately: £130 for a 90-minute session.
Psychedelic integration is the therapeutic space where you make sense of an experience you have already had with a psychedelic substance (psilocybin, MDMA, ketamine and others). An intense experience can bring up memories, emotions or insights that the mind does not get the chance to settle on its own, and integration helps you turn them into something useful in everyday life. We work with what you lived through, at your own pace, without imposed interpretations: what happened, what stayed with you, and what you want to carry forward. For neurodivergent people I take pace, sensory needs and the tiredness that follows into account. I do not provide, source or administer psychedelic substances, and these sessions are not a substitute for medical care. The fee is £130 for a 90-minute session, and the reduced rate does not apply to this service.
Yes. I offer a free 30-minute initial video consultation (Google Meet) to explore whether we are a good fit. This is completely non-committal.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or Revolut. Sessions are invoiced in advance.
I require 24 hours notice to reschedule and 48 hours notice to cancel, to avoid the full session fee being charged.
Most clients meet weekly, especially in the early stages. We can discuss frequency at the initial consultation.
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis. Many neurodivergent people are self-identified or in the process of seeking assessment. All are welcome.
I work within an open-ended, long-term therapy model. Rather than setting a fixed number of sessions, we build a therapeutic relationship at your own pace — exploring patterns, processing experiences, and developing strategies that genuinely fit your neurology. Some clients come for several months, others for years. There is no pressure to finish by a deadline; we review progress together and you are always free to pause or end when you feel ready.
All sessions are conducted online via secure video using Google Meet. This means you can access therapy from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the UK or Romania.
Neurodivergence-affirming therapy recognises autism, ADHD, and other neurotypes as natural variations of the human brain — not deficits to be fixed. The focus is on understanding your unique processing style and building strategies that work with your neurology.
Due to high demand, there is typically a waiting list of 2–6 months. I recommend filling out the contact form to be added to the list as soon as possible.
The first step is a 30-minute conversation — free, no pressure.
