Absolutely. Many clients come uncertain. Exploration is part of the process. You don't need to have the answer in advance.

I work exclusively with adults (18+).

We meet via Google Meet at the scheduled time. You need a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with camera and mic. Online therapy is equally effective; for many ND clients it's preferred — you're in your own sensory environment.

Meeting each other. Understanding what brings you, what you're hoping for. No pressure to share everything. We go at your pace.

Therapy here is open-ended — there's no set number of sessions or fixed end date. Some people work through a specific concern over a few months; others engage in longer-term work for deeper exploration. We review regularly, and you can end whenever you feel ready.

£70/session (50 min). Romania/Eastern Europe: £50. Free 20-min initial consultation.

I don't work directly with private insurers, but I can provide a receipt/invoice for reimbursement through your policy. Check your insurer's terms.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.
