Childhood ADHD screening test (WURS-25)

The WURS-25 (Wender Utah Rating Scale, 25-item short form) is a retrospective ADHD screening questionnaire: you rate how well 25 statements described you as a child, roughly between ages five and twelve — concentration, restlessness, temper, impulsivity, trouble with school and rules.

This is a self-check you can complete online in about five minutes, with an instant score and a plain-language interpretation. A score of 46 or more is a positive screen for childhood ADHD. It is a first orientation, not a diagnosis — a formal ADHD assessment is always made by a qualified professional.

Written from a neurodivergence-affirming stance: many adults only recognise their ADHD later in life, and looking back at childhood can join the dots. ADHD is a different way a mind is wired, with real support needs, not a childhood failing — and it often travels with autistic traits (AuDHD).

"Not sure about my answer" if your answer is only an approximation, mark it. It does not change the score — it just shows me where we can come back together.
