PSS-10 — Perceived stress (10 items)

The PSS-10 is a short, 10-question questionnaire about how unpredictable, overloaded or hard to control life has felt over the past month. It measures how you experienced stress, not how many things you had to do.

It is not a diagnosis. Perceived stress says more about how much things weighed on you than about their sheer volume. The result gives us a starting point for working on what is making this period harder.

    PSS-10

A 10-item scale measuring perceived stress over the last month, assessing how unpredictable and uncontrollable recent life situations have felt.

"What does this mean?" if a question is not clear, tap this under the question for a plain explanation.
"Not sure about my answer" if your answer is only an approximation, mark it. It does not change the score; it just shows where it may help to come back to it.
