GSQ
A 42-item questionnaire mapping sensory profiles across seven modalities, identifying patterns of sensory hyper- and hypo-reactivity.

Sixteen statements about worry — not the anxiety you feel in your body, but the thoughts that go round in circles. It is the most widely used measure of chronic worry in the world.
◇
Energy
A 10-item tool assessing energy levels and depletion over the past week across five domains: physical, sensory, social, executive and recovery.
◇
PANAS
A 20-item scale assessing positive and negative affect, measuring the intensity of contrasting emotional states over a specified period of time.
◇
Meaning and fulfilment (Flourishing Scale)
An 8-item scale assessing psychological well-being, measuring aspects such as purpose in life, positive relationships, engagement and self-esteem.
◇
A-RSQ
An 18-item questionnaire measuring rejection sensitivity in adults, evaluating anticipation and anxiety across nine specific interpersonal scenarios.
