Burnout test (Copenhagen, personal) — free, open access
This is the personal-burnout subscale of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory: six questions about general physical and psychological exhaustion — how often, lately, you feel tired, worn out, drained, or at the end of your resources. It measures overall fatigue rather than burnout tied to any one role.
This is a free, open-access self-check you can complete online in about two minutes, with an instant score from 0 to 100 and a plain-language interpretation. A score of 50 or more is the usual threshold for significant burnout. It is a screen of your recent state, not a clinical diagnosis.
Written from a neurodivergence-affirming stance: for autistic and ADHD adults, exhaustion often builds from masking and from environments that quietly demand more than the nervous system can give. Burnout is a signal to reduce load and recover, not a sign of weakness — and it can be worth pairing with an autistic-burnout or energy check.
